As we head into December and the busy holiday season, I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to everyone who participated in our recent event signing cards for our servicemen and women. The turnout was fantastic, and the time and care you put into those messages will surely bring a little extra warmth and holiday cheer to those far from home. Your ongoing commitment to service, both to our community here and to those defending our nation, makes me incredibly proud to be your club president.
The holiday season is a special time for connection, much like the radio waves that bring us all together. Whether you traveled, spent quiet time with family, or kept the airwaves buzzing, I sincerely hope you all had a safe and peaceful Thanksgiving.
Here’s to another great month of amateur radio adventures and community spirit. I look forward to seeing you all at our next meeting which is the Christmas party.
